These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SecantX Agent platform, including any associated APIs, protocol endpoints, credential issuance services, and payment processing infrastructure (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
IMPORTANT: These Terms contain a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver in Section 11. Please read them carefully.
mag3nt_ prefix.You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding legal agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you are not located in, and will not use the Service from, any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to sanctioned territories administered by OFAC, the EU, or the United Nations.

SecantX is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your wallet, compromised authentication tokens, or actions taken by Agents operating within the parameters you configured.
Each Credential issued through the Service is subject to the following enforceable controls:
The Service facilitates transactions across three open protocols. SecantX does not own, operate, or control these protocol specifications. We provide credential issuance and transaction processing services compatible with:

You may not use the Service to:
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SECANTX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SecantX and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or the actions of any Agent operating with Credentials issued under your wallet.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Binding Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, and not in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision.
Class Action Waiver. YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Jury Trial Waiver. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
Small Claims Exception. You may pursue claims in small claims court if the dispute qualifies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
